HPV DNA Extraction Kit (Sanity 2.0)

HPVDNA Extraction Kit (Sanity 2.0) is designed for automated isolation and purification of nucleic acids from cervical secretions with magnetic particle technology. The product is intended to be used by professional users, such as technicians and physicians who are trained in molecular biological techniques. The product in combination with Sanity 2.0 System provides high-quality nucleic acids for downstream applications, such as amplification or other enzymatic reactions. The Sanity 2.0 System performs all steps of the sample preparation product for 1 to 4 samples in a single run.

Lab-Aid 824s Nucleic Acid Extraction System

Fully automated DNA/RNA purification from 12-96 samples in one run Lab-Aid 896 is designed for the extraction and purification of nucleic acids from various medical and biological samples. The system operates using a 96-tube cartridge mode and is equipped with functions such as heating, UV disinfection, and negative pressure within the extraction chamber, enabling it to process 1 to 96 samples in a single run.

Leukemia Fusion Genes (Q51) Screening Kit

Screening of 52 fusion genes resulted from chromosome translocations involved in chronic and acute leukemia, and leukemia-associated genes EVI1, HOX11, HOX11L2. The kit detects RNA transcripts of the 52 leukemia-associated genes extracted from human bone marrow or whole blood samples using a RT-qPCR procedure. The results of the kit allow professionals to be more aware of the patient’s prognosis and provides professionals important insights into the treatment planning.

MTB/FQ Test Kit (MMCA)

The MTB/FQ Test Kit (MMCA) (Abbreviation: MTB/FQ Test Kit) is an in vitro diagnostic reagent used for qualitative detection of Fluoroquinolones-resistance mutations in Mycobacterium tuberculosis from cultured Mycobacterium tuberculosis specimens or sputum samples. The kit employs PCR and melting curve analysis methods, by detecting mutations of gryA gene (sites 88~94) to determine the resistance of Fluoroquinolones.

MTB/MDR Test Kit (Sanity 2.0)

Simultaneous detection of MTBC, rifampicin-resistance mutations and isoniazid-resistance mutations on Sanity 2.0 System. Features ● Ease of Use: The Sanity-2 MTB/MDR is designed for use with the Sanity 2.0 all-in-one platform. MeltPro® High Risk HPV Genotyping Assay (MMCA)

The HPV test kit is a qualitative in vitro test used for HPV genotyping and cervical cancer screening using cervical cells collected by swab, TCT or LCT. This test utilizes Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for DNA amplification and nucleic acid hybridization for the detection of high-risk HPV types in one reaction. This test specifically identifies 14 high-risk HPV types, including HPV-16, HPV-18, HPV-31, HPV-33, HPV-35, HPV-39, HPV-45, HPV-51, HPV-52, HPV-56, HPV-58, HPV-59, HPV-66, and HPV-68.

Mycobacteria Identification Kit (MMCA)

The Mycobacteria Identification Kit (MMCA) (Abbreviation: Mycobacteria Identification Kit) is an in vitro diagnostic reagent used for mycobacteria identification from cultured mycobacteria specimens or sputum samples. The kit employs PCR and multicolor melting curve analysis (MMCA) methods, and targets the intergenic transcribed spacer (ITS) region between the 16S rRNA and 23S rRNA genes to efficiently detect 51 mycobacteria (Annex table 1), among which, 19 clinically relevant mycobacteria can be identified to the species level.
