CMV DNA Quantitation (QT) 2nd Generation Real-Time PCR kit
The CMV DNA Quantitation (QT) 2nd Generation Real-Time PCR kit coded CMVDNAQT.2G.CE is intended for the quantitative detection of Cytomegalovirus DNA in human sample (blood, plasma, amniotic fluid) with a simultaneous control of the extraction/amplification reaction through an Internal Control (IC). CMVDNAQT.2G.CE assay was standardised against the 1st WHO International Standard for HCMV (NIBSC code 09/162) to express samples concentration also in International Unit (IU/ml).
EBV DNA Quantitation (QT) Real-Time PCR kit
The EBV DNA Quantitation (QT) Real-Time PCR kit coded EBVDNAQT.CE is intended for the quantitative detection of Epstein-Barr Virus DNA in human plasma and whole blood collected in EDTA with a simultaneous control of the extraction/amplification reaction through an Internal Control (IC).
HDV Ab – ELISA
Competitive Enzyme ImmunoAssay (ELISA) for the determination of antibodies to Hepatitis Delta Virus or HDV in human plasma and sera with a “two-steps” methodology. The kit is used for the follow-up of patients infected by HDV. For “in vitro” diagnostic use only. Anti-HDV antibodies, if present in the sample, compete with a virus-specific polyclonal IgG, labeled with peroxidase (HRP), for a fixed amount of rec-HDV coated on the microplate. The concentration of HDV-specific antibodies in the sample is determined by means of a cut-off value that allows for the semi quantitative detection of anti-HDV antibodies.
